2. Refund Conditions:
Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
If the services promised under your plan were not delivered as outlined at the time of purchase.
If technical issues on our platform prevented you from accessing the paid services for a prolonged period (minimum 15 days).
If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of payment, provided no services or matches were availed.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions:
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
If services have already been utilized or matches have been facilitated.
If the failure to find a suitable match is due to personal preferences or lack of profiles matching your criteria.
For cancellations made after 7 days from the date of payment.
If the account was terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or inappropriate behavior.
